Edith Chepkorir

Edith is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Secretary with the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK). She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi. Edith has built a strong foundation in Corporate and Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Corporate Governance, and General Company Secretarial practice. In the corporate sphere, Edith brings a meticulous approach to governance and compliance, having drafted a wide range of legal compliance documents, facilitated board meetings, and advised corporate clients on statutory obligations. Through her background in property transactions and securities, Edith has also successfully guided numerous corporate clients through complex conveyance transactions, ensuring legal soundness and regulatory compliance.
