Njomo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with expertise in Commercial and Corporate Law.
He is a holder of an LLB in Law and Masters in International Commercial Business Law and is also Commissioner of Oaths and a Notary Public.
Njomo’s legal experience involoves specialization in Telecommunications, Media and Technology legal advisory services, telecoms regulation advisory, Pan-African corporate advisory and in general commercial and corporate law with wide experience in drafting and reviewing various commercial and corporate contracts and agreements, providing legal advisory services in labour and employment law, energy law, corporate and joint venture transaction advisory, IP trademark registration and commercial arbitration practice.
Njomo is also a Certified Public Secretary with experience providing company secretarial and advisory services sitting on the boards of various private companies spanning a wide variety of business sectors.
He also has wide experience in providing legal advisory services in diverse areas including mergers and acquisitions, competition law, local and reginal share sale and asset purchases, registration of unit trust and money market funds with Kenyan financial regulatory bodies, company incorporations and restructurings and due diligences for corporate takeovers.
