Agreement for Sale of Property (developed) between an individual and a company –company as seller

An Agreement for sale of a developed property is an agreement between a vendor and a purchaser detailing the terms and conditions of the sale. An agreement for sale is usually made between individuals to individuals, individual to a company, company to company, and companies to individuals.

This is a standard agreement to be used where the seller is an individual and the purchaser is a company. The Agreement provides a good guide when acting for a Vendor.
