Agreement for Sale of Property (developed) between an individual and a company – individual as seller

An Agreement for sale of a developed property is an agreement between a vendor and a purchaser detailing the terms and conditions of the sale. An agreement for sale is usually made between individuals to individuals, individual to company, company to company and companies to individuals.

This is a standard agreement to be used where the seller is an individual and the purchaser is a company. The Agreement provides a good guide when acting for a Vendor.
