Commercial Lease (Short Term – Pro Lessee) between an individual Lessor & a Lessee Company with an individual Guarantor

This is a commercial lease agreement (short term for a period of less than 5 years 3 months) between an individual person (lessor) and a Lessee company, and includes an individual Guarantor that undertakes to guarantee the performance by the Lessee Company of its obligations under the Lease.
