Simon is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Data Protection Officer with expertise in Corporate law and Commercial transactions.
An alumnus of Moi University, he holds an LL.B degree and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law in law where he honed his skills making him a trusted source of practical legal solutions in various sectors.
Simon is well versed and specialized in Telecommunications and Cybersecurity, Telecoms Real Estate Advisory, Data Protection and Intellectual Property. Notably, he boasts of experience in drafting and reviewing various commercial and corporate contracts and agreements, legal advisory in labour relations and employments matters, legal and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, share sale and asset purchases, restructuring and e-commerce. He holds a keen interest in tax compliance, immigration services and ESG and sustainability matters.
Equipped with vast experience in company secretarial services, Simon is currently pursuing his Certified Secretaries course at the Kenya School of law. As a member of the Law Society of Kenya- Tax Liaison Committee, he is also currently enrolled at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration in pursuit of his Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Administration.
